1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Zellio ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Use of the platform

Zellio is a consumer-to-consumer (C2C) marketplace that allows users in the UAE to list, buy, and sell second-hand goods. You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Post listings for prohibited or illegal items
• Misrepresent the condition, ownership, or description of any item
• Harass, threaten, or defraud other users
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Platform

3. Listings and transactions

Zellio acts as a platform only. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers and are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any item listed. All transactions are between the buyer and the seller directly.

4. AI-generated content

Listing titles, descriptions, and price estimates may be generated by AI. These are suggestions only. Sellers are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of their listings before publishing.

5. Account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, posts fraudulent listings, or engages in behaviour harmful to other users or the Platform.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zellio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transaction conducted through it.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
