We also collect usage data automatically, including pages visited, search queries, and listing views, to improve the Platform.

• To provide and operate the Zellio marketplace
• To send notifications about messages, offers, and activity on your listings
• To improve our AI listing generation features
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• To comply with legal obligations in the UAE

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers (authentication, image hosting, email delivery) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations. We may disclose data when required by UAE law or a valid legal request.

4. Photos and listings

Photos you upload are stored on Cloudinary and may be publicly visible as part of your listing. When you delete a listing, we will remove its images from public display, though copies may remain in backups for a limited period.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your rights

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
