How do I create a listing?
Go to Sell, upload a photo of your item, and our AI will generate a title, description, and price estimate. Review the details, make any edits, and click Publish.
How long does it take for my listing to go live?
Listings go live immediately after you publish. There is no manual review process for standard listings.
Can I edit my listing after publishing?
Yes. Go to your Dashboard, find the listing, and click Edit. You can update the title, description, price, category, condition, and photos.
How do I mark an item as sold?
Open your Dashboard, find the active listing, and click the Mark as sold button. The listing will move to your Sold tab.
How do I contact a seller?
On any listing page, click Ask about this item to message the seller via WhatsApp, or use the internal message buttons to open a conversation on Zellio.
Can I make an offer below the listed price?
Yes. Use the Make an Offer button on the listing page to send the seller a price offer. They can accept, decline, or counter.
How do I save listings I'm interested in?
Click the heart icon on any listing to save it to your Favorites. Access your saved listings from the Favorites page.
How do I create an account?
Click Log in / Sign up in the top navigation. You can register with your email address or use Google sign-in.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click Log in, then Forgot password. Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link.
